Tried to e-file today and returns won't convert and e-file

I am not sure but is there scheduled IRS e-system maintenance today? If so then maybe that has something to do with it, not sure though.

    First thing to do is reboot the computer.

    Second thing you can try is to "Repair Updates".

    This was a couple of years ago, but for one client I had to "convert" it in one step.  Then "transmit" it in a second step.
