Return stuck at received by intuit since 2/7/24, all other returns have been completed

i have a tax return that is reading Received by Intuit since 2/7/24, Other returns that I filed that day and after have already been accepted by Fed and States. Any solutions?

Does the return have energy credits? If so the solution is to patiently wait with the rest of us that have returns stuck at intuit with energy credits.

At this time, I have two clients stuck this way.

Does Intuit know why they are holding them? Or for how long?

I’m asking clients before I book the appt if they have any energy related items. If they say yes, then I’m telling them the form isn’t ready and booking them two-three weeks out. I don’t want those 5-10 returns sitting in a drawer waiting until they fix this. At least I’m not Jim, or I’d have 800 sitting in the drawer!
