IS THERE NO LONGER A COVER SHEET WITH RETURNS?

I dont think Basic has a client letter, but it should printout some filing instructions, have you gone through all your Print options, you may have to check a box or enable/include it each year.....Ive never seen Basic, so I dont have any first hand experience.
