Question

Return has been electronic filed and received by ProSeries.The acknowledgement status seems stuck. How can I find out the IRS status?

click on the return from ef homebase, click as if you were going to efile and you will see update ackowledgements and click on that. I had one stuck and this updated it.

    I have several stuck at intuit.. all with 5695s

      @Jim-from-Ohio  Gabi acknowledged the stuck 5695 issue and they are looking into it...no info yet!
