Question

Return efile status says "transmitted" for a few days now...

I sent an individual return for efiling (Wisconsin) and the status shows transmitted.  All my years with this software I've never seen this before.  

I did a status search in My Account | efile status and used the client details and found it has been rejected.

I've opened the file to do an error check and no errors are present.

Any ideas what I can do next??

Highlight the file in the EFCenter, then instead of Receive Acks, choose Update Acks of Selected returns, see if that pulls in the rejection.

I tried to give you a screen shot of where to go but I keep getting an error message,   geeezus!

Maybe you forgot the checkbox on federal information worksheet to efile state. there will be no errors if that checkbox is not marked
