Return already filed but it was not

I just tried to file an S Corp. It gets returned saying it has already been filed. What are my next steps please? We did NOT file it. I was on hosting for about a week and think it may have went there?? Any ideas? Thanks!

File and amended return. Go to hosting and see what data was in the file that was filed. You should be able to find the time & date accepted. That could give you a few more hints.

    Thanks!  I can't get into the hosting anymore and can not retrieve the returns that were in there either form their file manager. Also, why would they send a file automatically? I did not file the return.
