I am trying to request a refund of an excess balance in my PPR account. I went through the drop down menus on the My account, Billing, Pro series PPR, Request PPR refund, Request a Refund and completed all the fields and attached the audit report.  The submit button does not work. any suggestions?

The hours are for Pacific Daylight Savings time. Based on your post, they were not open yet. Try again.

try a different browser?  or just call support.

I called customer support and they said office is closed, even though the hours for March 15, 2025 clearly state they should have been open at the time I called.  I used the online refund request method, only to have the submit button not work, also.  Strang that a technology company's technology does not work and like most companies today, make it hard to speak with a human (which is the easiest way to resolve issues)!!

Didn’t notice hours being Pacific time, but should have still been in by 15 minutes.  Doesn’t explain why Submit button would not work (for a technology company).  I entered my information and the upload of audit report with 2 different browsers (edge and chrome), neither worked.
