Renew order- I want to defer payment. How Do I do that?

A phone call would likely be best.  I think that 888-203-0724 is the number to call and grovel.

Take another look at the renewal offer... if you're on automatic renewal there should be a note that they won't charge your account until Nov or Dec... 

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
