Had a 2 hour call w/tech support on 1/23 re:OT not transferring to Schedule 1. Right now I have to override to get the final result, but that's not going to fly once 1/26 rolls around & it's time to press the "Send" button. Anyone else run into this issue yet???

I followed all the instructions and for one customer (ITIN employee) I was not able to get a number in 14e.  I was able to override and manually add the number, but I'm afraid when I efile it won't pass.

To claim the new federal tax deduction on qualified overtime (effective 2025–2028), a valid Social Security Number (SSN) valid for employment is strictly required for the taxpayer and spouse

Are you sure they qualify?  Are you entering the amounts down on Page 2 of the W2 worksheet?  Does it work in other client files?

If other clients work, then it sounds like they may not qualify.

If it doesnt work on ANY clients, you need to close Proseries and Run REPAIR UPDATES from the windows Programs menu.
