There should be a box to enter them in on the 1099R worksheet

    The 2025 Form 1099-R does not have a box for QCD. Keep on scrolling down on the Form 1099-R Worksheet and you will see Qualified Charitable Distribution. Enter the amount here and the software should handle it correctly.
