Public Safety Officer health insurance $3000 deduction, where does that get entered?

I see where its supposed to appear on the front of the 1040, I cant find the path to make it appear in that spot though...Im sure Im looking right at it on the 1099R worksheet, and just not seeing it.

    You have no idea how many countless times I've looked for some of those unusual things on the 1099-R and W-2 worksheets and can't find it until about the 100th time I've looked.  🤣
