Just want to make sure my install is not corrupted. I can't get the draft 1040 form to print. Other schedules are OK. Anyone else tried it?

Thanks

- Is taxpayer in your return 65 years old or older?

- If so, unless you set up default to never print 1040-SR you have to answer the question on the federal information worksheet under the telephone number area about pritning 1040-SR instead of Form 1040

Are the other schedule Draft, too?

I thought i remembered a year or two ago Intuit started not letting us print Draft forms because too many idiots mailed the draft forms in to the IRS.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

Susan... yep, at least Lacerte did start doing that.  It's a pain IMHO; and why are we forced to deal 'dumbing it down' because of those idiots ?

I just installed 2024 here at home, for some weird reason it picked up my home address instead of my Firm address, my home address isnt listed in the 2023 program anywhere, kinda weird that it had it locked and loaded on install, maybe it picks up addresses saved in Windows?

Thank you to all the early birds testing out PS 2024 and letting ProSeries know what quirks and errors need to be fixed!  Hoping when I download it in early but not too early January, that version will be nice and smooth and firing on all cylinders ...not sure how many cylinders though. 😁
