When I select a file message is: Cannot locate c: ... (in every PS21 file)

Good luck. If they fix your problem, please come back to share what the issue was so others can maybe be helped in the future.
I will keep you informed. PS Support also recommends a clean reinstall of PS21. I'll try that soon.
I created a new client file today in PS21 and had no trouble opening it! Don't know exactly what that means, if anything pertinent...
