Question

ProSeries Tax S-Corp loss is Schedule E Non-Passive $4,907 Stock basis limitation is Form 7203 Loss $4,358. So the Schedule E will not pick up the correct $ amount form Form 7203.

ProSeries does not limit due to Basis.  You need to manually do that.

I only enter the allowable loss on the K-1 worksheet, but if you do that, you'll need to enter the full loss on the 7203.  Then in the future year when Basis allows the loss, you'll enter a second K-1 worksheet (called "PYA") to allow the loss, and then adjust the 7203 again.

Or you may be able to just override it directly on Schedule E.

If what you say is true, then ProSeries has a serious problem.  I was going to do it manually, but I was concerned about this because ProSeries may not allow me to E-File. Thanks I will let you know if it works.
