ProSeries - State Issues
Here are some issues I'm having with state returns, any suggestions?
> Tax preparer name and phone are below the lines.
> For Ohio, does not change the date when it is overridden (shows in program, but not pdf?).
> When switched from MFJ to MFS, on Ohio return, it showed her withholding, but not her income.
> Ohio State required information prints after RITA.
> Ohio - box not marked that Federal Extension Form 4868 was filed.
> Balance of estimated payment did not process, no explanation or resolution from customer service.
> KY estimated payments printed off the page.
