ProSeries - QRE Form 6765 lines 21, 22, 23 & 24 error

Client had no QREs in one of the prior years.  Line 24 is calculating as if it did.  How do I make it calculate at 6% not 14%?

This article may help identify whether there's an entry in the return that is affecting the calculation on Form 6765.
