Proseries License doesn't work. "Error AUF10; Proseries License unavailable"

I'm a new Proseries customer, and am having problem licensing the software with the license provided to me. I enter my customer number and zip code, and a prompt returns with an error. 

I have attached a screenshot of the error. Has anyone ever encountered this?
