ProSeries Letters not showing

Just to add to the stress today, our client letters are not showing in any of our modules when you print or view a return.

So I thought maybe they got turned off but when I go to Print options the only letter listed to be printed is the "Custom Client Specific Letter", all the other letters are not showing, just disappeared.

Is anyone else having this issue?

    If you are unable to see the list of Letters, contact ProSeries for help so they can troubleshoot with you on this. Keep us updated if there was a resolution for you.

      They started showing up a few hours later.
