ON MY HOMEBASE VIEW, IT SAYS "MARKED FOR EF", BUT I SUBMITTED IT ALREADY, IT DOESNT UPDATE TO SAY RECIEVED OR ACCPTED ... SO IF I TRY TO SUBMIT AGAIN, IT SAYS ITS A DUPLICATE AND HAS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTE

Click the EF home icon on the menu bar. There is an EF status column.

Open the Client File, Click Save, Check Form 9325 (IRS Accept Date), 8879 if shows Declaration Numbers at top. If all looks good, Close client file.

EFile Modular, Accept Tab, look for client & has the efile IRS Accept and/or State Accept confirmation posted?

Otherwise, it may be a phone call to Support.

Sometimes the home base just doesn't update…. I usually blame gremlins
Usually it will update if you go back into client save and close… if not, and the returns have been accepted, go to client status and coax it manually.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
