ProSeries has not correct the issue with the printing of the LOGS.
I called and talked with a proseries tech. I shared my screen with him to show him that you can NOT print any of the logs....that show that you have transmitted a return etc.. After 2 hrs of working with me, he could not believe that this hasn't been noticed before, turned in or complained about.
Also after you efile a return it gives you the option to print the acknowledgement of it being sent... whcih does not also work.. since it's connected to the logs.
BUT incase any of you need to print that and put it in their folder or attach it to their receipt. I have a TEMPORARILY solution: At the time it's on the screen , press PrtScr /SysRq key at the top of most keyboards.. then high light the area with their name etc.. and click enter... it will pop up separately and you choose the print option... BINGO you have it.
We should not have to go through all of this... since we paid for a working program.. but at least it's a backup for now....until it's fixed.
