Proseries has detected an issue with Windows .net framework 3.5 4.5

My software won't start and keeps giving me this error. I have updated my Windows and it shows that .net frmework has 4.5.

Link is not showing any directions or guidance.

Please help

Call tech support. This is a common error recently and they will walk you through the fix.
