Proseries emails sending twice

I finally got proseries to send password protected returns by email and can email checklists to clients (which are also password protected) which is a huge win! 

But everything shows up twice in my outbox which is leading me to assume that clients are receiving it twice. Is anyone else having that happen and have a fix for it?
