proseries electronic filing passwords cannot be removed

How do you remove the password from the Tools, options, password section.

Proseries sure do not know how to remove.

 

I have Proseries 2024 on Rightworks platform.

go to password in option and just make sure everything is blank. There is also a section for user access under tools when in home base click on tools, manage users, enable/disable access rights feature

    Of course they tried what you mentioned. Nothing worked. The password could not be removed.

    They escalated to the next level. Whatever that may be.

    Still waiting for a call back on it.
