I'm trying to print a copy a return for 2021. The system is asking me to pay, saying I don't have any remaining return in my bundle. I'm not sure why. I have the Professional version. I've read other troubleshooting suggestions, including, uninstalling and reinstalling (I've done that twice). I've gone to Tools-License Product and its clearly showing I have the license. Still asking me to pay per return. I have not issues with my 2020, 2022-2024 products.

If going to Tools> License Product doesn't work, sadly you'll have to call support.
