Proseries 2022 "Unable to open a connection to QuickBooks"

When trying to import Quickbooks Accountant Desktop 2021 to Proseries 2022, I recieve the following error "Unable to open a connection to QuickBooks".  Other PC's in the office don't receive an error and the import works just fine.  What's the deal?

I have the same problem except by QB Accountant Desktop 2021 software says "Export to ProSeries 2021. I have ProSeries 2022.
