ProSeries 2022 crashes/freezes when clicking "Rejected" status in EF Center (only affects TY22, other years work fine)

I'm running into an issue specific to ProSeries Professional 2022 only — all other tax years (2013–2025) are working normally.

In the EF Center HomeBase view, clicking on any "Rejected" status link (the red underlined text that should open the rejection reason detail window) causes the program to crash and close immediately. No error message is shown — the application just closes.

"Right-clicking a rejected client and selecting 'View Electronic Filing Client Status History...' — this does nothing at all (no window opens, no crash, just no response)."

Close 2022, go to the Windows Programs/Apps menu and run REPAIR UPDATES...normally I would attach a screen shot, but it just keeps giving me an error.

I’ve already used the ProSeries repair tool.

I reinstalled the software and updated the .NET Framework components.

I did everything Intuit recommends, but nothing fixes the issue.

Note that I am migrating the current ProSeries setup from one server to a new one.

The error is occurring only on the new server.

The old server is running normally without this error.

The strange thing is that I followed the exact same backup process recommended by Intuit for all of them.

Yet, only the 2022 year is having this problem.

Personally, I would quit clicking on it.  I would click on the-file tab and then click on the e-file history report for those clients if I needed to see what was in there.
