Program losing settings
My Desktop version of ProSeries keeps losing the settings on my standard letters. Can someone tell me why? I open the letter to edit it, do my edits, save them and it prints fine for that client. After I close the client and log off the program, when I log back on the settings have reverted back to the standard. How can I fix this, or does tech support need to know about it?
