Ony 03-08-2023, an order # SFDCCA 185998619 was processed to pay for printing Fed 2020; it was paid an misapplied to the State of Florida. I am striving to print Fed 2020 and this has been ongoing for 3 weeks. Advantage Capital Group account 7792

The PPR fees get put into your account and get applied by you to the tax return youre printing, so I'm not sure how it got applied to a FL return, at any rate, nobody here can help with account issues like that, you have to call into support.
