The last 2 years that I was an active income tax preparer there were problems galore with Intuits tax program and with some of the help with intuits staff.

Has that improved at all?

I don't know what you are talking about.  This early in the game the software has always run like a finely tuned Swiss watch ------------------------------ that was just run over by a semi  😀

There were problems with forms not being approved while other programs had them up and running and to say that their CS sucks is putting it mildly copnsidering what we were going thru back then.

Oh crap.  He's back.  I have had all the Fireball I have wanted in Illinois.  And now...he'll be hoarding it and the price will go way up.  I was having a good day.  Now with this news, I am going to have to start drinking.  And it is not even 11:00 pm yet!

Decades ago Intuit actually had support that was trained in the software and had basic tax knowledge. Now its difficult to even talk to someone from the US and none know anything about tax and how the numbers are calculated in a return. You have to figure it out on your own. I'd love to find a software with actual customer support but Im so tired of dealing with Intuit I'll just retire soon. Their products keep increasing in costs but the support is awful.
