PRO SERIES WON'T RUN with QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP 2024 OPEN

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but I am unable to run my Pro Series software (especially pay per return) or launch the Pro Series program, while I have QB 2024 Desktop up and runni9ng - When I close QB program then Pro Series runs normally _ Just passing this on to the community...

    And one of the reasons why we all stick with QB 2021 - it's the last year of no monthly subscriptions.   But even that program now shuts down more often than it used to.  Someone said it's a Net Framework issue but all I know is I have the current version. Even my IT people have no clue.  Chalk it up to another Intuit software "problem".
