Pro Series support also trained in QuickBooks Desktop
Here is a novel thought. How about having Pro Series support personnel also trained in QuickBooks Desktop? Nothing is more frustrating than having Pro Series Support say something is QuickBooks problem and having QuickBooks support say it is a Pro Series problem. You are all Intuit. Try talking to one another. It would make everyone's lives easier.
