ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING RUDE "SUPPORT" WITH no ANSWERS FROM PROSERIES???

SUPPORT NON EXISTENT. DOES NOT DOCUMENT CALLS. TRY THIS, TRY THAT. 40 MINUTES NO RESOLUTION, FIRST CALL! REP DID NOT WANT TO DO SMART LOOK. WOULD NOT ESTABLISH A CASE.

SECOND CALL, 56 MINUTES AND COUNTING, SANITIZED FILE SENT, STILL WAITING.

 

WHAT A BUNCH OF BS!   IS THIS RUN BY INTUIT OR THE GOVERNMENT?

The few times I've needed to phone support have always been a positive experience.  Knowledgeable, personable, and professional reps.  They were very helpful and I was pleased. 

On this forum, people like Gabi are also very helpful.
