Pro Series locked issue - Individual
I am getting "the file is currently locked by another user" error. I am the only user.
I have rebooted my computer and restarted the Pro series severally. how do i resolve this as i don not want to start all over again since the return is completed and signed by client.
Also, i have been having file corruption issues lately which has caused me to recreate past returns. Is there a problem with Intuit?
