Printing Problems

I have downlaoded ProSeries 2025. I just completed a 2024 1120 FY return that is due 12/15/25. When I printed the return I selected "1". The program printed 2. What can i do to correct this?

Just to be clear, you are using the 2024 program, right? I'm just trying to figure out why you mentioned the 2025 program, unless you think that is what is causing the problem.

Is there any chance the ProSeries says "1" but your printer setting somehow is set to "2"? Or the other way around?

As a temporary work-around, you could first create a PDF, then print from the PDF.

The reason I mentioned 2025 was that I just installed the software. I needed to prepare a 2024 1120 so I worked on it today in 2024. When I printed it the print menu indicated 1 but it printed 2.

My printer is set to 1. I just printed some reports from QuickBooks and it on printed the reports once. This seems to be happening only in ProSeries and after I installed 2025.

Before calling support I took my computer to my other office and was able to print the return without a problem ( same model printer I have at my home office ). When I got back home and tried to print, the return printed fine.

So for now I can say my problem is resolved. Thanks for the suggestions!
