Printing issues

Using Basic 50 for 2022. Again, the same as previous years, having issues printing Wisconsin state return. Half the info on each page is missing. Called ProSeries for help. No resolution, says "this is all I can do"!! There must be someone there with more technical knowledge to resolve this issue. VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PROGRAM! Would not recommend it to anyone. Does anyone have an answer?

Found the solution on my own. If anyone else has this problem go to your printer settings and set the graphics mode to "Send Graphics to Raster". Worked for me. Too bad ProSeries couldn't come up with this solution!!
