Printing glitch

When I'm only trying to print sig forms and then a client engagement letter I encounter a problem.

First I print the sig forms 8879 and any others as required by the state(s) and all is well, then I go to print select forms, go to letters and try to print an engagement letter and client letter and there are no letters to select ...If I then close out of the client and open them back up again I can go to the Letters to print, they are now there and printing goes fine. Issue is, this happens to all of us in he office and happens every time. Over time, this it quite time consuming and is an annoying interruption to good office workflow.

This dose not happen when I print the whole return .

 

Any solutions ?

This in not just a 2025 event, it was common with last year's program.   Not with every return, but many.  That may be why it's not solved this year either.  They haven't pinpointed (looked) for a specific non-global trigger.

Yup, prior year problem that slipped in with the new year.  Usually you can click on the state and then go back into the fed to get it to work.

Is someone working to correct the issue? I was told by a tech support person that it was normal and that just made my head spin because I know it's not.

Why are you printing the engagement letter AFTER you complete the return?
