Printing Error ProSeries 2024 Basic

I'm getting an error when I try to print an individual tax return.  Error message says "Printer could not print selected form(s).  I've tried printing a single form of the required ones to print and still get that error.  However, I was able to print a comparison report...Anyone know what the solution is?

I dont use Basic, but does it have a Printer Options setting area where you choose the printer for things to go to?  You sure thats set to the correct printer?

I have a copy of Basic for 2022, its got a Print Test Page option under File, does 2024 have that?  Does it print a test page?
