Printing efile acknowledgements for individual clients.

In all previous years I was able to print e-file acknowledgements for each individual client.

Now I can't!  I print them & put them in the clients file.  What is going on?

    I don't have any problems doing that.  They just don't print without any messages or are you receiving an error message?  What are you selecting to print?

      Like Ironman, I also have been printing all of them - federal and state - no problems like every year. maybe are you printing it to pdf instead of printer?

        Thanks, but, no, I can't even get access to the individual acknowledgements.
