print preview form 1040 page 1, 2

when I go to Print and check the pages I want printed, I check form 1040 and it won't give it to me.  Would I be able to see it if I paid first?  How do I do that?

Did you buy a Pay Per Return product? 

If so, then they wont let you view, print or EFile any forms until you've paid. for that return. 

Make sure youve got the right SSN on it, thats how they track whats been paid for.
