Print options

Every day when I print out the federal tax return, it starts with Slip Sheet 1 and under that Slip Sheet 2 and none of the returns I want printed.  Today for my first return, I saved it and went back to homebase three times and it is still doing it.  What do I do to get rid of this?  Thank you.

Weird... I've never used slip sheets... In  Tools/Global Slip Sheet Options... I have no checkmarks.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

I had to call Intuit and she screen shared with me and fixed it.

It is doing it again.  Why can't Intuit fix it permanently?  We pay a lot for this program and I have had more problems this year than any other year and I have been with Proseries for many many years.
