PREPARER PHONE NUMBER WON'T SHOW UP ON FORM 1041

My preparer phone number will not show up on my client's 1041 return. This is the first 1041 I've done but it showed up for all my 1040's I have went to the Firm/preparer info screen multiple times and erased it and added it multiple times. Am I missing something?

I never even noticed if the phone number prints or not on a 1041, cant you just type it in?

No, that doesn't work because its an override and it won't E-file.

I cleared my Firm/Preparer info, re-entered it and then it showed up.
