Preparer date error on form 1041

I have an error in the 'date preparer signed must be entered' on form 1041 . It's not blank for me to enter. I click on the date, it brings me to the 'preparer/firm information'

How do I fix this error  ? Thanks

I override it, hover over with out clicking - I think you maybe have to use the right hand mouse button, that has been working for me.
