PPR balance increase

I have been trying to increase the PPR balance all day. 
It hangs up. I have tried rebooting among a host of other things.

Any ideas here?

Are you doing it within the program or through your Online Intuit Account?  If you cant do it though the software, try logging into your online account using the instructions ehre
