POP UP BOX WONT GO AWAY

I'm running into an issue with ProSeries and wanted to see if anyone else has experiences this. Everytime I try to open a 1040 file in 2024, a pop-up box appears and won't go away. It is a white box with a blue circle of dots but there are not even words on the white pop-up box. It completely freezes the program and the only way to close it is by forcing ProSeries to shut down. I am unable to do anything within the file itself. I thought about uninstalling and reinstalling but my computer is the main one on our network and I do not know if it will mess everyone else up?

Its an advertisement for Quick Employer Forms, it did it to me this morning as well, I got irritated watching it so I walked out of the room and took care of some other things and when I came back, it had finally popped open where I could close it.
