Please why can't I print the logs or the proof of efliling for each client?

Please show/tell me where in printer options can I set it so after I efile a return I can print confirmation that it was efiled.  ( there is a spot to click to print but nothing happens... and also if i go to the efile log.. and hit print.. same thing  nothing)   I have good reasoning to do this.. even though I have done it in the past for years for each of my clients.  There was a big tax busn in a local town south of me that completed clients returns, took their money and NEVER submitted them.. the people were told that their refunds were running late when they asked that company.. due to lack of staffing and supposedly the irs workers were mainly remote... (LIES)..then they packed up and closed their office around the first of April and left the clients hanging.... when they were close to being caught up with... they printed and mailed in the returns with out signatures ofcourse and the clients received them back from the IRS as unsigned...etc.. etc..   I make my clients feel secure by leaving my office with verification that it's all been completed...and want to remain doing that.  So please tell me what's up with this... i looked and NO WHERE does it state you can add the log to printing etc....
