Philadelphia local wage tax return

I have not prepared one of these in years and I'm not sure if it's worth the aggravation. Client just graduated from college and she is no longer a dependent. Lives and works in Philadelphia. Looks like City of Philadelphia DOR is tax collector, which is 3.75% apparently. Can we paper file using the generic form in Pro Series? Or should I just Punt and tell her to get a CPA there in Philadelphia? Thanks

Does she have to file? I seem to recall you don't if the correct amount was withheld for Philly.

Thanks Sue. The firm she works for took out the correct 3.75%. and I saw what you referenced on Philadelphia website about not having to file if correct tax was withheld, but I wasnt sure. Thanks, looks like she doesnt have to file.
