Philadelphia BIRT and NPT
I am trying to efile my client tax return includes Philadelphia BIRT and NPT forms in it. The Philadelphia BIRT and NPT forms shows "Do not File" in red letters. Pro series website shows these forms are ready to efile. Did anyone know why I cannot efile the return. I ran the update and refresh. Still form shows "Do not File". I think this mark will restricting me to efile.
Contacted Pro Series and they said they know the issue and there is no ETA for the fix. I am frustrated with this issue.
