Question
.pdf import of W2s and 1099s
I'm a user of the ability to import scanned w2s and 1099s into ProSeries. past several years it was a huge time saver. This year it is not working correctly and seeing 18 hours or more, and in some cases never before data is returned to us. On my 3rd call to complain about this feature I paid for not working (ProSeries claims in documentation that it takes 15 minutes to 12 hours for data to process and download) And was just told that my one person shop is overloading the billion dollar companies servers with my uploads of mostly 10 page or less documents to quickly. I'm doing them one at a time. I think I might send 30 a day.
