Password Client Level - Not Needed

How do I remove password on all client files. Historically it's been social/city/zip. I no longer need password protect files.

    just print to pdf instead of clicking button to email return

      I don't know of a way to do it Globally or all at once. You might have to go client by client. In the help bar from inside the program type remove client password or client password it gives you the steps from inside the client file.

        Per instructions:  

        1. If unlocking a single client enter the Client Number and click Submit.
        2. If unlocking multiple client check the Multiple Clients? checkbox and click Submit.

        Update Aug 2025 - the multiple clients checkbox was removed.
