Passive Carryover Losses not carrying forward to 2024 correctly

The code mapping in 2024 software was not done correctly so when you transfer a file to the 2023 software it does not transfer over correctly.

 

Please help fix this issue.

    Theres been at least one thing that 2023 needed to be updated before transferring clients into 2024 or carryovers didnt flow over (SCorp basis was one), that could be another one.

    Do you have a client that you havent worked on that you could delete in 2024, go back and update 2023 then re-transfer and see if anything changes?

      Yes, I've done all updates in both 2023 and 2024. We had the same issue with S Corp basis but was able to get that fixed.
